Bank of America predicts Brent crude oil will average $90 per barrel this year

The Head of Commodities and Derivatives Research at Bank of America predicts that the average price of Brent crude oil could reach $90 per barrel for the remainder of this year. If the standoff with Iran continues or a new conflict escalates, prices could further rise to $130 per barrel. Previously, Goldman Sachs raised its year-end forecast for Brent crude oil prices to $90 per barrel, and expects WTI crude oil prices to reach $83 per barrel.
