Glonhui May 20｜American chip manufacturer Analog Devices announced it will acquire Empower Semiconductor for approximately $1.5 billion in cash to expand its portfolio of power management products focused on artificial intelligence. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
