GT Resources Signs Option Agreement to Enter Yukon Gold-Copper Project

- GT Resources has signed an option agreement to acquire up to 75% interest in the CD gold-copper project owned by Strategic Metals, located in the Dawson gold mining area of the Yukon, which holds a valid drilling permit.
- The project holds a drilling permit valid until 2033, allowing up to 50,000 meters of drilling. The gold-copper porphyry target is situated about 90 kilometers southeast of Western Copper and Gold's Casino deposit.
- To earn a 60% interest, GT must pay CAD 225,000 in cash, issue shares worth CAD 225,000, and invest CAD 10 million in exploration over five years through October 2030.
- By paying an additional CAD 1 million in cash or shares before December 15, 2030, GT can increase its interest to 75%, after which a joint venture will be formed with Strategic Metals based on a 75/25 or 60/40 investment ratio.
- The work plan includes a MobileMT airborne geophysical survey over the entire project area in 2026, followed by a diamond drilling program of 2,500 to 3,000 meters in 2027.
