MoneyGram becomes the core validation node for Tempo's cross-border remittance
BlockBeats news, on May 20, the payments giant MoneyGram announced it has become the "Anchor Remittance Validator" (cross-border remittance core validation node) for Layer 1 blockchain Tempo, marking a strategic blockchain partnership between the two parties.
MoneyGram will leverage its global payments network, compliance experience, and operational capabilities to deeply participate in Tempo’s transaction validation, operations, and security safeguards. Meanwhile, MoneyGram, Tempo, and Stripe will jointly introduce stablecoin settlement into the actual payment process, helping Stripe settle with MoneyGram through Tempo’s on-chain infrastructure.
