⑴ According to industry insiders on the 26th, Samsung Electronics and Cadence are jointly developing a "physical AI chiplet semiconductor platform chip," with plans to start tape-out at the beginning of next year. ⑵ Considering that the subsequent mass production cycle will take at least about six months, actual products of the physical AI chiplet platform are expected to be launched in the second half of next year.
