XRP Ledger will launch the fixCleanup3_1_3 upgrade on Wednesday, requiring validators and node operators to update their software or risk being disconnected from the network. This upgrade cleans up expired NFT listings, fixes vulnerabilities in permissions domain settings, restricts trust lines for vault withdrawals, and corrects issues with loan record updates.
