Quantum Systems is reportedly close to finalizing the terms of this round, which could value the company at up to 7 billion euros. The company is one of several German drone startups attracting investment amid a significant increase in European military spending.

UK risk spreads remain under control; the market has not priced in a fiscal crisisGolden Ten Data, May 13 — Analyst Lale Akoner stated in a report that the UK risk premium remains relatively contained, indicating that the market has yet to price in a full-scale fiscal crisis. She pointed out that UK government bond yields surged to multi-year highs on Tuesday amid political concerns, when several senior government officials and members of parliament called for Prime Minister Keir Starmer to resign, triggering market volatility. However, Akoner believes that the UK risk premium shows investors still expect the fiscal prudence framework to remain in place.

The Baltic Dry Index rises for the third consecutive trading day as demand increases for all vessel types.Golden Ten Data Futures reported on May 13 that, according to foreign media, the Baltic Dry Index closed higher for the third consecutive trading day due to increased demand across all vessel types. The Baltic Dry Index rose by 126 points, or 4.1%, to 3,189 points compared to the previous trading day. The Capesize index increased by 258 points, or 5.1%, to 5,340 points. Average daily earnings for Capesize vessels rose by $2,342 to $44,930. The Panamax index increased by 94 points, or 4%, to 2,454 points. Average daily earnings for Panamax vessels rose by $842 to $22,083. The Supramax index rose by 18 points, or 1.2%, to 1,553 points.
