Iran suspends exports of certain steel products
The statement said that, according to resolutions passed by Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and the Supreme National Security Council, Iran is implementing this export ban, and the ban may be extended. Two large steel factories located in Iran’s central Isfahan Province and southwestern Khuzestan Province were recently attacked by the United States and Israel, resulting in partial production stoppages. Due to the impact of the conflict, Iran has already banned the export of certain chemicals, petrochemical products, and polymer products. (Xinhua News Agency)
