Some funds achieved substantial returns through bullish bets made before the ceasefire was announced on April 8. According to a report that Goldman Sachs provided to clients last Saturday, stock long-short hedge funds (Stock Pickers) saw returns surpass 9% in April—the best monthly performance since Goldman Sachs began tracking this data in 2016.
