Circle’s Q1 revenue reaches $694 million, USDC on-chain transaction volume increases by 263% year-over-year

Odaily reported that Circle has released its financial report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. According to the data, by the end of the quarter, USDC's circulation reached 77 billion US dollars, an increase of 28% year-on-year; in the first quarter, USDC's on-chain transaction volume reached 2.15 trillion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 263%.

The financial report shows that Circle's total revenue and reserve income in the first quarter were 694 million US dollars, up 20% year-on-year; adjusted EBITDA was 151 million US dollars, an increase of 24% year-on-year; net profit was 55 million US dollars, a decrease of 15% year-on-year.

In addition, Circle disclosed that its ARC Token presale financing reached 222 million US dollars, with a fully diluted valuation of 3 billion US dollars. Participating investors include institutions such as a16z crypto, BlackRock, and ARK Invest. The company also announced the launch of "Agent Stack" infrastructure for AI agent scenarios, including Agent Wallets, Agent Marketplace and other products, to support AI agent payments and commercial activities based on USDC.
