Satoshi Protocol Layer2 launches, with on-chain computation and governance mechanisms upgradedAccording to ChainCatcher, the Satoshi Protocol Layer2 settlement network was officially launched on April 6, featuring optimized upgrades in on-chain data statistics and computational capability. On the technical side, Layer2 supports in-depth on-chain aggregated computation, allowing for a more accurate reflection of on-chain team size and business data, and enhances processing efficiency in complex scenarios. In terms of governance, the protocol has transferred core permissions to a multi-signature contract and adopted a dual-track governance model in which developers and core community members each have a 50% share, with an execution threshold set at 65%, further enhancing the level of decentralization. This upgrade completes the protocol's transition to community self-governance, providing technical and governance references for the DeFi sector.

Analyst: The US March CPI data may reflect the impact of the Iran energy shock for the first time in a substantial way```htmlGolden Ten Data reported on April 9 that analysts from First Citizens Bank in the United States stated in a report that the U.S. CPI data to be released on Friday is expected to reflect, for the first time in a significant way, the transmission of the Iranian energy shock. Driven by soaring energy costs, overall inflation will accelerate. The bank's head of market and economic research said: "As core inflation is less affected—though still significantly above target—the Federal Reserve will currently ‘ignore’ the energy-driven inflation spike." He noted that this will reinforce the Federal Reserve's stance of keeping rates on hold for a long time, and will closely tie any potential rate cuts to the normalization of energy prices.```

U.S. crude oil exports are expected to reach a record high in AprilAccording to the Financial Times, due to the Iran war causing disruptions in Middle Eastern oil supplies, Asian customers are seeking alternative sources. U.S. crude oil exports in April are expected to rise from 3.9 million barrels per day in March to 5.2 million barrels per day, an increase of nearly one-third. Data from oil research institute Kpler shows that Asian demand will increase by 82%, reaching 2.5 million barrels per day. Currently, 68 empty oil tankers are heading to the U.S., compared to 24 in the week before the war. The Trump administration currently does not plan to ban oil exports, but analysts warn that the situation in the Middle East may drive up fuel costs.
