Public tender documents show that the overall estimated scale of the 2026 “Token Factory” Generation Capacity Service Centralized Procurement Project is 16.451 billion yuan, excluding tax; the scale including tax is 17.438 billion yuan. The project is divided into 11 packages, and bidders are allowed to win up to 11 packages at the same time. The estimated scale announced this time for Package One is 1.45 billion yuan, excluding tax; with tax included, it is 1.537 billion yuan.
